If you watched NFL this weekend, in between replays of Tom Brady’s ligaments shooting out like a wooden rubber band gun, you were privy to the opening of Boston’s new grill the CBS Scene where you can have Archie Bunker scowl at you while you eat wings, or CSI’s Grissom and Jorja Fox shine that light on your roast beef that makes sperm and blood glow. I hate to christen this with ‘worst fucking idea ever’ but i don’t hesitate to call it a really shitty idea for a sports bar, exponentially worse than Alice Cooper’s sports bar, that has metal shit and flames all over the place.

Okay. A win is a win is a win. I guess we’re also lucky that no voters or national media saw the game. However something is gonna have to change in the next two ballgames. There’s no way the team that played yesterday is ready to go into Athens, or Fayetteville for that matter.

The fact is teams always play thier best when they face off against Alabama. It’s been that way as long as I can remember. We’ll blowout a class SEC team one week and then win a squeaker against some Con-USA team the next. It doesn’t make any sense, but we’re gonna have to get used to it. The players are gonna have to quit reading thier own press, this blog included (sorry JP, we’re putting a block on your IP). This was probably the wake up call they needed after the Clemson game. Thankfully it resulted in a W.

Who The Fuck is Tulane:
Tulane University has over 10,000 motherfuckers that go to school there, many trying to become doctors and lawyers and such, but none of them are in fucking school this week because of a hurricane. Tulane is the only university in the US to start out as a public school, and then change to a private school, I guess the public said “fuck dude, you guys need to keep that shit private”.

Why we will Fuck them up:
The degenerate gamblers in Disney-Vegas have deemed us a 30 point favorite for this game, and we will have more talent on the field with our fucking backups in. Even if Bama showed up at the Georgia dome last week looking like drunk-ass high schoolers with inner ear infections Tulane would still be the underdog.

Why we are Fucked:
Last year Alabama lost to Louisiana Monroe and Miss. State, and we needed a last second interception in the fucking endzone to prevent Houston from taking a big dump* in my gameday chili. After the emotional high of a win like Clemson, with loads of media coverage, and a cursed SI Cover, lets hope we aren’t painting the Sistine Chapel on the Hindenburg while smoking cigarettes.

What to Fucking Look For:
Tulane had the 7th worst pass defense in the nation last year, allowing 288 yards a game, so we may see a highlight or two from Marquis Maze, Julio Jones and Jonathan Taylor Thomas Parker Wilson. It will also be interesting to watch the traffic clusterfuck that will happen Saturday, since Paul Bryant Drive still looks like Beirut.

Gameday Questions:
Off the football field there are several concerns about this year. Where the fuck will out-of-towners park? Where will Big Bad Wolves barbecue be, with a huge Houndstooth now dominating where they would set up?
